Civil engineering. Construction Field experience in hand.
Provides work direction and participates in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications equipment, scientific instrumentation, video surveillance systems, and other various systems. Managing workflow.
Training new hires. Creating and managing team schedules. Reporting to HR and senior management. Evaluating performance and providing feedback. Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities. Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
